Terms of Service

Last updated October 2, 2026

These terms apply to your use of pittsburghheatingrepair.link and to requests made by phone at (321) 478-0693 or through our forms. By using the site or requesting service, you agree to them.

Who performs the work

Pittsburgh Boiler & Heating Repair connects you with independent local HVAC technicians who perform the work. We answer calls, take the details of your request and dispatch an available technician. The technician is an independent contractor, not our employee, and is responsible for the work they perform, the materials they supply, any permits the job requires, and any warranty they offer. Every HVAC technician we send is licensed where Pennsylvania requires it, and insured.

Estimates and prices

The technician diagnoses the problem and gives you a price before work starts. No work should begin until you approve it. Prices depend on the equipment, the parts, access and the time of the call, so nothing on this website is a quote. Any cost ranges published on the blog are general estimates for planning only.

Scheduling and arrival

We answer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Arrival times depend on technician availability, distance, traffic, weather and the number of open calls. Any time given on the phone is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Emergencies and safety

If you smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, leave the building and call 911 or your gas utility from outside before contacting us. This website and our phone line are not an emergency response service for gas leaks, fires or medical emergencies.

Website information

Articles and guides on this site are general information about boilers, radiators and heat pumps. They are not a substitute for an on-site diagnosis by a qualified technician. Do not attempt repairs on gas, electrical or pressurized equipment yourself.

Payment and disputes about the work

Payment terms for a repair are agreed between you and the technician who performs it. If you have a concern about the work, contact the technician first; you can also call us and we will help put you in touch.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Pittsburgh Boiler & Heating Repair is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or from work performed by independent technicians. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Pennsylvania consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Our privacy policy explains how information from calls and forms is handled. Questions? Call (321) 478-0693.
